Is Jio just to take money from customers but not to look into any issue customer facing?I've spoke multiple times after the incident and people are escaping saying that concerned team will reach out. Is that concerned team available in Jio r imaginary one? @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare ok I texted you in personal chat .To clarify the issue the BTS is around 1.5 to 2km from my location but still I'm getting 1 bar in signal strength .kindly look into this.i have 2 corporate jio doungle aswell even those are not able to access your network.

@JioCare when your salesman sold the product for one month free trial he told you can shift to any plans you want after one month or you can return the instrument and take back deposit, we want to shift to only internet ans no one is available ans your help is BOT. No use to us.
