Mr. Watkins was born in Gans, Okla. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Graham Security officer RAINBOW Billy E. Graham of Rainbow, a former Arlington resident and retired security officer, died Sunday at his home. He was 66. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Martin's Funeral Home in Glen Rose.

Masonic graveside service will be in Squaw Creek Cemetery in Somervell County. Mr. Graham was born in Sherman and lived in Arlington before. moving to Rainbow in 1972. He was a security officer and instructor for LTV.

He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. Graham was a member of a Fort Worth Scottish Rite chapter, Glen Rose Masonic Lodge No. 525 and Glen Rose Order of the Eastern Star No. 171.

She was the widow of Dr.

Hub E. Isaacs. The family suggests that memorials be made in her name to All Saints Episcopal Cathedral. Miss Brock was born in Decatur and had lived in Fort Worth for most of her life. Miss Brock had been a teacher for 40 years at schools in West Texas, Newark, Azle and Castleberry, where she taught for 211 years before her retirement in 1964. She was a member of The Church which is Christ's Body.
